This weeks maths lesson has been on converting measurement and what better way to finish than making scones for our special day on Friday.
Ingredients
450g/0.45kg self raising flour
50g/0.050kg sugar
75g/0.075kg butter
2 eggs
and a choice of flavouring: lemon, orange, vanilla, cherries, raisins and coconut.
